I was on the look out for sweater vests (and I am still on the hunt) and thought that they would be a great option. But no. But I found this shirt. The neck is more than a turtleneck and is almost like a built-in scarf. The stripes are what make it extra fun. Today it is paired with a pair of pink pants (strangely, also Anne Taylor, but used).

I need to see a picture of the pink pants. You just made me realized why they call a turtle neck at turtle neck! Minor epiphany... So why would they call a half turtle neck a dicky?? Oh, your chosen spot for your photo shoot is questionable...
ReplyDeleteI know... not the ideal location. But I have to work with what I got.
DeleteA dickie?! I have not come across this term (in the turtleneck context). Aren't they called mock-turtle necks?
